Amazing is the only word I have to day for this company! They did an amazing job and were very attentive to my needs as a homeowner. The work is fabulous from Jake to Matt to the whole crew!! We had a great experience all around from beginning to end. Jacob the sales rep spent a great deal of time with us getting every detail the way we wanted it. We got a new roof and gutters as well as all new siding, front picture window, garage window, and new front and rear main and storm doors. The work was completed on time as discussed and all workers were professional and skilled in their jobs. We are very pleased with all finished products as well as any final touch up work done after our final walk through. Thank you Nick for taking good care of us on this project. Matt the project manager was also professional and attentive to our needs. We have more work to do around the property and I won’t hesitate to bring in Elegant exteriors to give us there bids on future projects. Thank you!

Jake Marine, Nick Morn and Elegant Exteriors of WI made my new roof process sooooo easy. They helped me navigate getting out of a tough storm chaser contract, on top of providing me with a great quality roof that I know will last for years and years to come.

LONGER VERSION:
As a first time home buyer - I bought my house knowing it would need a new roof in a year or two after buying it. This past spring it hailed slightly but I didn't really think to go on the roof and look at it (I don't know anything about that kind of stuff?). Unfortunately while I was at work one day we had a storm chaser from out of state come to the house and hoax my mother into allowing him to get on the roof and check it out. I started receiving pictures and multiple text messages from a person I didn't know and soon realized it was regarding my roof. Being a busy career woman and also being in the heat of launching my own passion project, I choose to see this as a sign to hit the easy button. BOY WAS I WRONG FOR DOING THAT. I met with this storm chaser company multiple times and refused to see the red flags until fate intervened and the insurance check I received had the wrong mortgage company on it and I could not hand it over to the company that was trying to rip me off. When they departed, I immediately called Jake from Elegant Exteriors and told him the whole situation and told him I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. As a young woman and first time homebuyer I knew that I had to be cautious and again - I had already been in the market for a new roof and knew that what this storm chaser company was trying to quote me was WAY beyond what I should be paying for a new roof. Nick and Jake helped me navigate how to handle breaking the contract and gave me the right verbal ammunition to avoid paying to get out of it. They also had a back up plan and lawyer ready to represent me should the storm chasers put up a fight. Since then, I have a beautiful new roof, soffit, facia, gutters, gutter guards on my home and a new roof on my garage. The craftsmanship and materials used were top notch and I STILL ended up paying less out of pocket than I would have if I stuck with the storm chasers. Lesson Learned: If someone comes knocking on your door - typically they aren't worth the trouble. ALWAYS go with your local construction companies. Elegant Exteriors of WI will advocate for you and truly has your best interest at heart. Thank you to everyone at Elegant Exteriors of WI!! 🙂

Siding project still ongoing, but workers removed electrical boxes for all outdoor lighting, they put new Siding over damaged areas without repairs to the building. Installing new wood without painting the edges, and not properly caulking around the windows and doors.
From what I see they are a not quality contractor. If you are siding the building that I am a owner I am a customer.

Jacob Marine from Elegant Exteriors was great! He got me started and worked with me through my whole project: new roof and siding on both house and garage and a new front picture window. He was a great communicator from the start and helped me pick out the right materials that fit my budget. He listened to my needs and gave terrific recommendations. I am so happy with the final product. (Painters are still coming for door frame and overhang support.). The whole team worked so hard, their craftsmanship was great, and they cleaned up the yard every night! I would highly recommend Jake and Elegant Exteriors.

We needed a new roof and had some roof venting and insulation issues that required some extra thought and work. Making our project a little more than your average roof replacement. After getting several estimates we decided to go with Elegant Exteriors because Adam gave us the most comprehensive plan to not only replace our shingles but resolve our overall roof ventilation issues. From start to finish our experience with this company was amazing. Adam, Matt, and their team of installers did an excellent job taking care of our house. Darren was so professional. His crews were amazing. The before and after is amazing also. They cleaned up completely and showed us respect. I would recommend them to anyone. The team did an outstanding job with multiple projects. We replaced our siding and deck railings along with removed an old front porch and installed new cedar roofing and new flooring in our front outdoor porches. They were very responsive and did a quality installation! We really appreciate Nick as he’s very consultative and attentive to ensuring everything was done correctly.
